In this context, Dean of the College, Prof. Talal Faiq Al-Kamali, conducted an inspection tour of the exam halls to review the progress of the exams and assess the needs of students and exam committees, emphasizing the importance of providing an appropriate environment that enables students to take their exams with ease and confidence.
The Dean commended the efforts of the exam committees, faculty members, and administrative staff in organizing the exams, stressing the adherence to ministerial instructions and examination regulations to uphold academic fairness and maintain scholarly integrity.

First-Year Evening Program Students Elect Representative in the Department of Qur’anic Sciences and Islamic Education
The Department of Qur’anic Sciences and Islamic Education, in cooperation with the Student Activities Committee, conducted elections to select a representative for the first-year evening program, as part of efforts to promote student participation and strengthen democratic practices within the department.
The elections were held in an organized and calm atmosphere, with active participation from first-year students, giving them the opportunity to choose a representative to convey their concerns and opinions to the department administration, thereby supporting the educational process and fostering responsibility and teamwork among students.

College of Islamic Sciences Holds Welcome Ceremony for First-Year Students of the Academic Year 2025–2026
The College of Islamic Sciences held a welcome ceremony for first-year students of the academic year 2025–2026, in an atmosphere filled with academic warmth and the excitement of a new university year.
The ceremony began with the recitation of selected verses from the Holy Qur’an, followed by the Iraqi national anthem and Surat Al-Fatiha in remembrance of the martyrs of Iraq. A documentary film introducing Warith Al-Anbiyaa University and the College of Islamic Sciences was then screened, highlighting their academic and scholarly journey.
New students were introduced to the faculty members, enhancing academic interaction and creating a supportive learning environment. The Dean of the College, Dr. Talal Faiq Al-Kamali, delivered a welcoming speech, greeting the new students and emphasizing the College’s commitment to providing a solid academic environment that encourages excellence and success.
During the ceremony, the College honored the research projects with the highest evaluations from the previous academic year, and concluded by recognizing top-performing students in each department, appreciating their scholarly efforts and academic achievements. New students were also welcomed with flowers, symbolizing their integration into the university family.

Students of the College of Islamic Sciences Visit the College Library to Explore Its Resources and Academic Services
A group of students from the College of Islamic Sciences visited the College Library as part of the College’s efforts to familiarize students with available scholarly resources and to promote a culture of research and academic inquiry.
During the visit, students toured the library’s various sections and explored its collections of books, references, and specialized journals in the fields of Sharia sciences, language, history, and humanities. Library staff provided explanations on borrowing procedures, methods for searching resources, and available electronic services that support students’ academic journey.
The visit aimed to encourage students to utilize the library as a key resource for preparing their academic research and developing their scholarly skills, in addition to enhancing reading culture and knowledge-seeking habits.
At the conclusion of the visit, students expressed their appreciation for this initiative, which provided them with the opportunity to better understand the library’s capabilities and make full use of its resources in their academic endeavors.

As part of Warith Al-Anbiyaa University’s (peace be upon him) initiative to honor memorisers of the Holy Qur’an through reductions in tuition fees, a special examination was held today at the College of Islamic Sciences for students who have memorized the Holy Qur’an.
The examination aims to assess the level of memorization and Qur’anic recitation performance of students nominated to benefit from the initiative. It was conducted under the supervision of a specialized committee of faculty members from the College and the Qur’an House of the Holy Shrine of Imam Husayn.

The event was held under the auspices of the General Secretariat of the Holy Shrine of Imam Ali (AS) from January 22–23, 2026, with extensive participation from researchers and specialists in the fields of heritage and manuscripts.
Dr. Kashkoul’s participation featured the discussion of his scientific research paper titled: "Digital Transformation as a Strategic Option in Managing Heritage Manuscripts: An Applied Study on the Libraries of Holy Najaf."
The research highlighted the vital importance of adopting digital transformation as a strategic necessity to preserve and maintain heritage manuscripts. It emphasized ensuring the sustainability of these documents while facilitating access for researchers in accordance with modern scientific standards.
Furthermore, the paper underscored the role of digital technologies in evolving manuscript management methods, specifically in areas of digitization, database construction, and the enhancement of indexing processes, aligning with contemporary trends in managing calligraphic heritage.
This participation contributed to the conference's final scientific recommendations, which stressed the urgency of accelerating digital transformation in manuscript management—particularly within the libraries of Holy Najaf—as a primary strategic path to safeguarding Najafi and Islamic heritage.
